What is Eventnote?
Eventnote is your conference memory: an app that keeps the slides, notes, voice notes and people from your events in one place. Ask answers from your own material and shows where each answer came from. Free to start, coming to iOS and Android, in 12 languages.
Is Eventnote the same as Evernote?
No. Eventnote (eventnote.app) is a separate app made for conferences, and it is not related to Evernote. It is also not related to other products named Event Notes.
How do I search my notes across every conference?
Eventnote keeps your slides and notes from every event in one library. Ask across all of them, and each answer shows the event, the talk, the date and the slide it came from. Text is kept on every plan.
How Ask works
What does Ask show with an answer?
The event, the talk, the date and the slide the answer came from. Ask answers only from your own slides and notes.
Can the answers be wrong?
Yes. Answers can contain mistakes, which is why each one shows its source. Open the slide and check it. The app says the same.
Why not use my photo gallery or a general chat tool?
A gallery has no event, talk or date, and a general chat tool does not know your slides. Ask answers only from your own slides and notes, across all your events, and shows the event, talk, date and slide.
Plans and limits
What does Free include?
Free includes 100 slides, a sample event and 10 AI messages a month. No card is needed.
How many AI messages do the paid plans have?
Plus has 120 AI messages a month and Premium has 400. See the plans page for every limit.
What happens to my text if I stop paying?
Text is kept on every plan. Photos and audio have fair-use limits.
Is the AI different on paid plans?
No. Every plan uses the same AI. Plans differ in limits and in some features.
Your data
Does Eventnote train AI on my content?
No. Eventnote does not use your content for AI training.
Are there ads?
No. Eventnote shows no ads and does not sell your data.

Which languages does the app come in?
The app comes in 12 languages, and you choose the language inside the app.

Where can I get the app?
Eventnote is coming to iOS and Android. It is not in the stores yet.
Can I use Eventnote on the web?
Not yet. A web version is coming soon. For now, eventnote.app is the website about the iOS and Android app.
