Delete your Eventnote account
Delete it in the app, or write to us.
In the app
- Open Settings, then Privacy Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account for good.
This cannot be undone. Your account and its content are removed from the active Eventnote database and file storage, including the items you added to shared events. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.
Without the app
Email hello@eventnote.app from the address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and confirm by email.
Deleting your account in the app does not delete your subscription record at RevenueCat, our subscription provider. Ask for that at the same address and we delete it. Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel them in the App Store or on Google Play.
Delete only some data
In the app you can delete single events, talks, slides, notes and people. Deleted items go to the trash and are permanently deleted after 7 days.
