Three tips that follow from the facts
Check what your pass can enter before you save talks
The app can filter the agenda by pass type, shown as “Access Permitted”. Filter first, so the talks you save are ones you can walk into.
Write the hall next to every 4YFN pitch
4YFN sits in Halls 8 and 8.1 with its own entrance, while MWC spreads across other halls. With 260+ pitches at the 2026 edition, a photo of the slide plus the hall is what lets you find the founder again.
Add your notes before you message contacts
In-app networking stays open for 6 months after the event. There is no rush to message people on day one, so first write down what each person said, then follow up.
How Eventnote helps at MWC Barcelona
Eventnote keeps slides, notes, voice notes and people from your events in one place. Photograph a 4YFN pitch slide, add a note with the hall, and record a voice note after each meeting. Weeks later, ask what you heard; the answer shows the event, the talk, the date and the slide it came from, and only draws on your own slides and notes. The app is coming to iOS and Android.

Eventnote is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MWC Barcelona or 4YFN. MWC Barcelona is a trademark of its owner. Facts checked October 2026 from the sources linked above.
