Three tips that follow from the facts
Pick your stages in advance
Seventeen stages in two days means you cannot see most of it. Choose one or two stages per day before you arrive, and walk between them with a short list, not the full program.
Note why a talk mattered, then watch the rest later
A video library existed for 2026, so you do not need to capture everything. Write one line on why the talk mattered to you, and use the library for the parts you missed if it returns in 2027.
Tag every note with its stage
With about 1,000 speakers, the stage and the day are the easiest way to find an idea again. “What did I hear on the stage about measurement” is a question you can answer only if you wrote the stage down.
How Eventnote helps at DMEXCO
Eventnote keeps slides, notes, voice notes and people from your events in one place. Photograph the slides you want, add a line on why they matter, and record a voice note after each conversation. Later, ask what you heard; the answer shows the event, the talk, the date and the slide it came from, and only draws on your own slides and notes. The app is coming to iOS and Android.
